Col Shailesh is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from NIT Warangal and Telecom Engineering Graduate from Military College of Telecommunication Engineering . He has done M Sc from Madras University and MDBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management. He is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers .
First Phase of Col Shailesh’s professional career took off with two decades of distinguished Service in Indian Army . He was lucky to be posted in Siachin and Anupgarh Sectors at the time of hostilities on our Borders. Attended and Qualified with Distinction on the Year long prestigious Inter services Defence Services Staff Course from Defence Services Staff College , Wellington. Held appointment as Asst Quarter Master General of a Mountain Division deployed and actively engaged in combat on Northern Borders before opting for premature Retirement as a Colonel.
Second Phase of Col Shailesh’s professional journey took him to Corporate World. He worked for Pasupati Acrylon Ltd , Tata Energy Research Institute , Escotel , Idea Celluar and Airtel . His last assignment with Airtel was as VP HR during turbulant phase of Telecom Evolution. During the Corporate HR Journey , Col Shailesh was invited as a Speaker and Guest by various prestigious Institutions and Forums in India and abroad .
Col Shailesh’s Third Phase is of Entrepreneurial jorney where he along with his Business Partner JP Raman founded a Company ‘ Shramik Power Job Pvt Ltd ‘ for handling Head Hunting and Recruitment Business. Later they launched two more Companies ‘ Xpert Conexions ‘ and ‘ Ref Check Xperts ‘ in 2011 and 2012 respectively in partnership with JP Raman and Saurabh Dhamija . Col Shailesh takes pride in creating these Ventures which are based on strong ethical foundations and follow best HR Practices .
On softer side , Col Shailesh is very enthusiastic in initiating and implementing innovative CSR Initiatives. He is a literary person , a keen Golfer and a travel freak . Gets intellectual stimulation from creativity , Innovation and Adventure Activities.
